I just don't see how a big beer can ever be better than a small beer. There's no way the last 20% can taste better than the first 20% of a new beer. I mean I just can't see how it is remotely close?
Maybe for the first couple of beers, but after that they just blend into the next one. But from what you have said you are a beer pussy and never get beyond the first few hence your opinion lol

I mean I drink maybe 7-8 of these beers and drink 100% of them no idea what they are 3/4 pints or something. It depends if I'm thirsty I guess quicker than if I've just drank 5/6 of them.

If you drink a proper, well looked after and well conditioned beer in a clean, non greasy glass it will still perfect till the last drop.
If you drink a shit lager club in a club it will be shit to start with and it wil get even shitter. Those widgetted glasses help, the ones that keep the head because the beer looks better so therefore it tastes nicer and it improves the mouth feel. The head also blocks the aroma which is probably a good thing in a pint of carling.
Im quite a beet snob

Yeah I can dig that for sure. Unfortunately the glasses are usually not great and I couldn't tell you what a good lager is unfortunately.
Top 3 well known lagers for future trips to the ale house? How is Heineken?

It's all personal pref really, but Heineken is a decnt middle of the road beer, in fact probably my default beer overseas if I haven't discovered a local beer I like. I'm sure there is decent local stuff there most of us have never even heard of, just try them and see what you like, nothing ventured and all that...

Basically just avoid american and latino lagers and you'll be fine.
I dont drink a lot of lager as thats my opinion of course.
Theres actually some fantastic american ales, blow your head off with the amount of flavours they have.

I go the US a couple of times a year with work and their microbrewery industry has just exploded in the last 5 years or so. I've been to bars that literally had more than 100 beers to choose from lol, including bitters that were served cold, double lol. Anyway, there is something for everyone...

This.
The american stuff we get over here is in general terrible, the worst of the worst. Go in any decent bar in the US though and it is a completely different, the choice is often bewildering.

I actually agree with you pads, which is why when im drinking beer i very often just go with bottles, suits me and my beer drinking pace perfectly - i tend to get much slower drinking beer as i go on, which is why i often switch to spirit/mixers earlier than most people.

Go bottles instead of half pints imo.
No one will call you a mincer and the beer always tastes its best

I can't bring myself to pay £8+ a pint that is part of why I don't drink bottles too much either.

too much hassle to include watermarks in future videos?
if not individually then with like 'friends' 'pstrategy' 'skype' lists etc so you can know where the leak is?
