2p2 party was super fun.
I asked Slansky where my bucks were and he looked at me bemuzzled.
I bought my gf something from a shop in the Wynn though and for over 20 minutes they disputed that my passport was me. Was so ridic and they only gave in when I said fuck it I'm going.
Drank a few drinks and had complimentary food from 2p2, was really nice.
We then went onto the poker floor, if you are the first player to sit at a table you make the rules up.
I plonk myself down and announce reverse holdem. Basically there is 1 flop card, 1 turn card and 3 river cards. It's super fun and people play it so badly that its even very +ev for me too
I won abit and will put it down as a winning session.
I then went to Tony Dunst (Bond18) and played Chinese with him and his gf, was super fun and we got on well. He is super slimey, but I think he's genuinely a nice guy. Crushed him+gf for around 50 points.
Final table I went to was a one with 5 high stakes limit players, they were playing a game called Joe's Baby which was invented by Joe Tall. Basically you get 5 cards, there is a betting round then you discard, there is then a flop, turn and river with normal betting rounds. On the river, there are 2 pots. A omaha pot where you use 2 out of your 5 cards with 3 cards on the board and then a 5 card hand which is the 5 cards in your hand. I think I adjusted better to the game than them and won quite a big chunk.
Going to bed quite early tonight, playing the Venetian Deepstack tomorrow at 12, so hopefully do a shipship.
