Say you think the answer is B (50%).. that means if you picked B (50%) at random as your first answer you are left with D (25%) C (60%) and A (25%) therefore B (50%) CANNOT be the correct answer as it wouldn't be right everytime you picked two answers at random. It works this way whatever you pick. So the answer is zero. Its more about words than maths.
