So long time no write!
Have had quite a busy few weeks since starting new job. Went on a pretty big cash heater over a weekend and then decided to have a big Sunday shot. Played the 1k, 2 5ks, 2 300e hoghrollers and then all the majors. Was on for around 5-6k which was q stressful. Managed a third in the Sunday 530 for 50k and my biggest ever score.
Final table was super interesting I had to play ridic tight because of stack sizes and was playing like 8/6. I knew I could make myself look like a big fish so took lots of fish lines such as 3x 3betting and huge c/r where usual regs would eyeball me but made myself look super super strong to the point where they had to fold the top f their range in almost every spot. Preserved my stack throughout final then got some momentum, lost aa<a6 3 handed but managed not to do whole stack. Busted with a10 v aj bvb which was pretty cold.
I've thought a long long time about what to do now in my poker career as everybody who knows me well I like to be a little extravagant with money, basically a poor mans crabfknmaki. I've decided now il not play Sundays anymore and just really focus on online cash where I believe I can be one of the best on the world at mid stakes. I've contacted ansky and aerobes for a few hours of private coaching regarding moving from
Mid to high stakes cash and over the next couple of months will try to cement my position as a reg in 1knl+ games.
I am going to work out my bankroll in the following way
Bankroll - minimum of 60bis when moving up to a next level.
Life bankroll - 6 months expenses, will cover Food/bills/rent
Savings - anything that is not needed in the bankroll will move to savings and will look into ways to best use this money rather than it being stuck in a bank.
I will have some fluidity between the 3 bankrolls and ability to manoeuvre and swap money between the 3 at all times.
As well as supplying money to the bankrolls from poker earnings I will add to it from a full time wage that I have from pokerstrategy, monthly rake back and bonuses of which I get around 3-5k depending and the money from coaching. I will be giving private coaching to different people every month and try to get a minimum of 10 hours a month with a 100-150 hourly.
Really just want to be super focused and constantly crush. I have so much desire and determination at the moment and I really want to succeed. I am lucky to be in a position that I play 100pc for myself meaning binks like this are kept fully by me.
However I am going to play the wcoop main event and sell around 50% at 1.0 which I think is very very fair due to the huge amount of satiters, the fantastic structure and my expected roi. Because its a big bi I'm happy to sell at 1.0 to decrease te variance somewhat.
