Would suggest trying to get in as many allow pre flops as possible. Either he flips with us and were happy to flip vs superior player or we pick up chips and momentum . Gl

Been quite a fun time since the 50k bink in the Sunday 530 a few weeks ago. I decided afterwards I would swerve playing tournaments and really dedicate myself to a big grind and study of no limit cash. As most know I've played quite alot this year and done pretty ok. I decided to move to 2 new sites with new screen names and buy a new laptop, new HUD, just abit of a fresh approach after I had slogged at MTT's for some time.

I got over 3200 views and 45 comments which for anybody who isn't familiar with training sites is pretty large. I'm not sure if Cardrunners et al have even close to 2500 members anymore but its at least possible.

So I started grinding cash again, basically playing from 400-2knl but mostly staying around 400-1k unless I find a really good game.

This is my graph from the last 10k hands, generally will look to play 50k hands a month which should get around 5k of rakeback guaranteed + whatever profits.

I'm obviously delighted with how things have went and it really helps me with my target of next year being a solid NL1K-5K reg.

The hardest boundary for me is my job. I work around 10-7 everyday and play football at least 3 times a week.  I try to juggle all this around my brilliant family and whilst many would say what a life, it genuinely is very hectic and at times means I can't put 100% into all of the above categories and for anybody who is so passionate about something,( my family, poker, work and football are without doubt my 4 biggest passions in life) its very hard to accept that the final product won't be perfect.

Fortunately I'm actually interviewing 6-7 guys this week for a role of coordinators who will take some workload off me and also help push some special projects, any passionate people out there who would want to get into the industry, maybe have some experience and are looking for a part time job around university or something get in touch.

haha, yeh we have a free canteen that people use for 3 meals a day, full kitchen staff, fresh daily delivery.. I'm suuuupppperrr picky so eat out at restaurants most days and its kinda in house joke that all I eat is bread It is really really great bread mind.

We have two hr teams with around 10 staff in total working daily on recruitment. We have 500 freelancers and 250+ full time staff and now moving into both trading and the health industry. The face up part of the recruitment is done by hr and then passes over to me for consideration and approval/denial of the application which then I'd interview of successful. I guess pretty standard? Although first company ive worked in with an hr team so very possibly not.
