Pads, another thing...

All your graphs you seem to quit at (or near enough) peak very often? It's not like you're not playing quite significant amounts of hands either it just seems you're always near enough at peak for the session when you quit, is there any notable reason for this?

Nothing could be further from the truth with me lol

I basically seem to play until I'm winning quite a bit then when I go on 2-3bi downswing I quit the game you'll see most graphs have a little slope at the very very end.

I counted to ten. Was told that's the best way to reply you red dog et al.

Well I was quietly minding my own business but I'll give it a try.

...7....8...9...10.

Arrogant.
Smug.
Condescending.

10.

I know Tom IRL, and I think he's a legend, I know Pads IRL, and I think he's a legend ... so it continues to baffle why you two aren't pals?! I'm not suggesting taking a holiday together or writing each other letters but given how much they both add to blonde as a community and how much each other should know how much each other add I would have thought there would always be civil respect there. Very odd?

Perhaps you guys never spoken in private? Tom very charming, genuine and interesting person, and Patrick is one of the soundest guys I've ever met, jumps at the chance to do anyone a favour, gives hours of his time away frequently and never asks for a thing. Two really, really top blokes can we please all be friends!

I suspect Red-Dog's mustache might be behind the feud in some capacity, but that is purely unsupported speculation for now...
[/quote]

I'd say this was more my flat, than toms wed both been keeping out of eachothers ways then I induced so its my,fault ether than his and if he'd randomly called me out without doing something I would have been annoyed and retaliated too. Have more respect for him coming and tandimg up for himself than just silently letting me be a douche.

So my bad this time, apologies nd won't happen again.

It's actually a nd mentality I've got. I like to book winning days fr morale but its all one long day in the end.

It December I will try to just look at Vpps every day and profits every week. Gl with that though I guess.

I'm the same with booking winnings days, locking up morale etc. Been told it's a big mental game leak though, and you actually told JB the same, results irrelevant, play play play till you are tired / games die / start to tilt etc...

It's very hard to practice what you preach in this case though.

My hEV blog I wrote 18 months ago still applies, I value greatly the good feeling I get cashing out a win, feeling good going to sleep and wake up feeling good. Glad it's not just me Smiley

Yeh it will be my biggest stumbling block for sne. It's just always somewhere on your mind and its stupid really as if you're rolled properly it really really shouldn't matter at all but it still makes me emotional one way or the other. Guess this is one of the reasons I've hired a psychology team (2 guys) to help me next yer nd tackle all this stuff. In poker the majority of leaks are mental.

It's obv a mental leak.

I had perfected it were I never cared but more recently I look sometimes during sessions for obv reasons. I've always had to look at the end of every session because of my staking threads but if you are over rolled for your games then you should be able to get into a routine of not looking at your cashier for x amount of days.

It's really not that hard to do, it's just a bad habit, you can pretty easily get your mind to stop doing it and then that will become the norm.

Just tweeted Ike Haxton about it on the UKIPT live stream. Not many other questions so would be pretty surprised if he didn't answer. http://uk.pokernews.com/ukipt-tv-live.htm
