Lol. Has anyone noticed that Pads' sick run good started around the same time that Adam moved over to live in the same city. I bet it's Adam who's won all these tourneys. He is chained to a radiator in Patrick's flat, forced to grind every day on the Pads1161 account, with only occasional breaks allowed during which he must shoot mini basketball. Patrick hasn't played a hand of poker in four months. He spends his days eating steak, watching reruns of past WSOPs, and cracking himself off over his (really Adam's ofc) pocket fives ranking.
Even Patrick's posts on blonde are no longer written by him. Has no one noticed how much the spelling has improved? Poor Adam writes those as well.
Sorry if this accusation seems a little outrageous. And I haven't got any evidence. But it's what I think so I'm allowed to say it. If Patrick's reputation is tarnished because of the conclusions I am jumping to, well... he shouldn't have handcuffed Adam to a radiator and made him his poker slave.
Actually died.

Legit ghosting is a new one to me. Whilst I accept people do speak about hands during play online that doesn't make it legit, or in anyway, right. Wonder how long you'd last in a live tournament if you started asking your buddy how to play a hand whilst making a decision.
Lol doobs when I said legit ghosting I meant behaviour has occured that legitimately falls into the category of ghosting, not ghosting that I believe is legitimate and ethical.
I was pointing out the difference between asking your pal what hed do here when he hasnt been watching and turns his head and says "shove prolly" and actual ghosting - you have to be influencing the overall style and mannor of play to be ghosting not just pop up for 1 random hand and say "shove"

Hmm, see what you're saying Dave but I disagree with your general point. Regardless how ghosting is defined, if you ask your mate for advice in a hand and on the basis of that advice make your decision, it's cheating. It's obviously going to be a common form of cheating as it's nigh impossible to police, and i'm sure in most cases the intention is not to 'cheat' but to confide in your mate/help a mate etc.
However, there's no difference in doing this to playing live, getting a tricky decision, so showing your hand to your mate behind you for a second opinion. I've seen that happen a fair few times and everyone else go sick, lol. In the live example your mate wouldn't have to be studying game flow, seeing your cards every hand, etc - if it happened once it'd be seen as wrong, and rightly so. The difference online is the other players at the table don't get to see it occurring, it's not monitored, so it doesn't feel like cheating. If ultimately your mate's advice leads you to make a decision you wouldn't have made which in turns costs an opponent chips or their tournament life, that is costing them the value they should have had.

You can say what you want about Pads - he is daft, can't spell, has stupid taste in food and is delusional in his support of Newcastle.

Partick, i'm glad you've proved me wrong, i was never adamant that my suspicions were true. I've had a couple PM's about what ive done here and know its the wrong way about making accusations.
I shouldnt be asking about your integrity on an open forum, but what led to what i wrote is an understanding that i would've been happy to be proved wrong. I know full well your ability in poker is superior to 99% of us. My decision to post was based on your un-enthusiastic plo8 report which felt to me like a guilt trip, i couldnt understand why you wouldnt of been ecstatic to final and chop a major in a game you play very infrequently. I obviously looked too deep into it. I dont think you've looked arrogant in your replies, you stand your ground for what you know is right. I know money is power and it can lead towards unfair practice in any type of business. I hope you dont think im a complete ass for questioning your integrity because i love the game so much aswell. I respect the hard work you've put into this game to get to your position, but as you will understand its very easy to see where i was coming from, or maybe not. i dont know.
I'm not going to try defending my previous posts, i can accept being in the wrong happily.
So Patrick and Adam i apologise for doubting your mad skills

Bit childish, Mr Dog?
Seems like it's done now, anyway. Let's move on.

I'm not dissapointed or annoyed at any of you guys to have been proven wrong here. I find the immaturity of others accusing me to try ruin his rep on grounds of being jealous or beacuse i dont win tons of money pretty rofl. there was no ulterior motive behind my question's to pads. i was very curious and was not afraid to ask. Albeit the wrong way.
