i won a tournament a few weeks ago on a well known poker site. (not connected to this site)
the prize was advertised as "WIN A PACKAGE" I bought in and won my package.
well not so, now the poker site changed my prize to just a SEAT.
Sent them many emails about this, there not interested.
is there anything i can do?

Yes I noticed it now says "seat only". They obviously got it wrong in saying "package"....but to be fair they are running $5 rebuy sats and giving away £1,650 every week.. a very large overlay. I guess they could say you get a free drink at the bar as a "package"....tbh I don't think you can do anything,they worded it wrong but they decide to ignore it! |

'Package' is a pretty subjective term, if it had been something like 'win seat plus hotel, expenses etc' I think you probably have grounds for a complaint, but here I think you are just a bit unlucky
