Boiled eggs in a curry are great. You can make them as the main component to. Cut in half they take the flavour on brilliantly. Generally you want them in something with more zingy flavours like a south indian prawn and egg currey, friggin delicious.

Generally you put eggs in an egg curry? hmm

never had an egg curry before, [ ]sounds lovely...

my better half (indian woman and a highly skilled curry maker) has experimented with eggs in loads of different kinds of curries and we found they work really great in a south indian prawn curry.

Hard boil the egg and just drop it on top.

Don't chop it up first. Chop it up while you're eating.

Me and Hopkin had one in the curry place we go to. One of the chef's specials. Don't know how or why but it worked.

Have a candle lit near where you're cutting them and the onion fumes will head for the flame of the candle instead of yer face.

How do I make that red card symbol people always use?
