I was playing a £30 STT on Befair earlier and the and suspected that a couple of players were doing something odd. The hand history is below. I emailed betfair with the hand history and was told that after studying the hand in question they concluded that they were playing as individuals with the only reason given is that they are from different parts of the country! He did also say that Brunette did have the full house.

I still think that they were acting odd, but am I misreading the situation, should I leave it there, or should I try and take it further?

For the record I won the tourney, and both the misleading players were eliminated outside the money.

Andy

PS Just edited the post to remove the players names on adivce of a moderator.

Coulda been a mis-click. It happens.

If they were genuinely cheating, I don't think they'd be this obvious about it.

Make a note on them that you suspect something, but don't burn them at the stake just yet.

I got accused of collusion in Bolton because of something similar.

Last 3 of a comp 1 guy had half the chips i had about 40% and so the short stack had FA, we see a river me and the SS and i bet, he raises all in for hardly anything more, but i cant call it, i have nothing and pass.

Later someone says that i am a cheat and we were chip dumping, i had never met the guy before and my only m8 in the comp was jaggers who left earlier on the final table.

yes but the cards were already exposed and you knew you were a 989-1 dog

and you knew the event was structured well enough that if you got lucky in a  couple of pots where you were a slight dog you would be straight back in it

The support say the hand winner had a fullhouse anyway, so if they really wanted to dumb he could have just moved all in as a bluff and been called drawing dead.

This is clearly not a case of cheating

Hmm...in my limited experience it looks a little dodgy.

One misclick can be forgiven but surely it's a case of two "misclicks" by Player A here.......one to bet $1 under the Player B's amount and then another "misclick" to then fold instead of call the reraise?

PS ..... If you're editing names of players you need to also edit the name given in the opening paragraph   thumbs up

I often bet 1 chip less than my opponent has for comedy value, and a few times i have had to fold.

Oh ok....lol.       But have you ever been flat called on any of these occasions by an equally comedic opponent ?   Cheesy
