Yup, it's official - they described me as a "complete rock". Muppet, more like, with that J-3 lunge.

Correct Boo. But they (thankfully) eited out the previous 10 or 15 hands, where John had Raised ior Re-Raised me time & again, I just HAD to make a stand at some stage. I should, of course, have pushed pre-flop, & tested him. There you go, live & learn. The best player, on the day, won.

i just wondered how Barry the Bully Martin managed to be co-commentating and tournament directing at the same time? Easy to look prescient when the commentary is done later

eg Tikay limps with J3, matey raises with J10, Tikay fatefully calls and he comes up with the line

"tony's in trouble if a Jack comes on the flop". No shit Sherlock!!!!

guess what, the jack comes on the flop, never would have guessed it!

Anyway, you looked knackered tikay and like a little lad peering over the ledge of that final table as you made that fateful move with J3 off.

Well played anyway, matey boy Mr Curtis certainly had a huge run of cards in the HU.
