I'm trying to decide if I eat too much at lunch times, I've had Super Noodles (low fat sweet chilli 1's), a mini seeded panini (no butter), small pot of banana devon custard, and about 10 brazil nuts.

What have you had?

I have massive lunches and it's why I'm piling the weight on,I've debated dieting as I can lose weight really easily but eatings more fun.Today I had a smaller lunch of a hot dog sandwich,4 hot dogs and 2 slices of bread.

Two slices of ham on two rounds of Warburton's seeded batch (Toasted) topped with two over easy fried eggs and sprinkled with grated mature cheddar.

Large tea, piece of granny cake, kitkat.

2 delectable white warburton bread buns filled with Sainsburies finest coronation chicken sandwich filler and gently washed slices of iceburg lettuce.

Followed by a sainsburies finest creme caramel.
