I find ribeye the tastiest but fillet is nice with a nice sauce

I think the Beef was $260 8oz Fillet I had it with 3 Scallops on the side with the bestest mashed potato i've ever tasted
I also had Asparagus and green beans and a $70 bottle of wine. 

It was my Birthday I went on my own. Bill was about $425 ish I left $450

Have used Freedown Food Company a couple of times in the past and would recommend - they offer Wagyu Steaks, also check the Chef's Selection Tab.

Average tip in the US is about 18%.

Waitresses/barstaff etc rely a lot more on tips than in the UK as they are paid poorly, but tipping is so much part of US culture that virtually everyone tips.

Edit: Sigh at Kin and Cos.
