My pocket money wouldn't quite stretch that far when I was 12.

I was shocked to see a Scalextric box set for £300 in the toy shop the other day!

A friend of mine has just created a decent sized track in his loft too, so I'll hopefully have a few races soon.

He has also recreated the famous Le Mans 24-Hour race, but shortened the length to 14 minutes.
