Without a solid read?? hell no.  I'm folding flop if I have to fold when I hit.

I realise that in alot of situations when we hit we're going to get checked to but we cant just fold now we make a straight and get lead into. I think call > shove for shure, he can totally have played Ax ss like a bit of a numpty but w/e pai the man.

With more of a read I could deffo find a fold here because his bet /check when it gets there/bet line does look strong but I haz straight, 5 cards in a row, I don't make that often damned if i'm folding.

a shove would seem more of a bluff than a vraise without reads and with this betting pattern no?

Erm maybe, but i said that point to illustrate how confident i am folding is the worst option.

I suppose you could turn your last comment around and say "without a rediculous read on player from history could you find a fold?"

FWIW i dont think shove on river very often, unless its maybe a rebuy and/or the player is a retard. I would expect a poor player to call with a set, a smaller straight and maybe even 2 J 10
