Suzanne means the site has to make money ...profits to run....individuals may get lucky occasionally...but as she spotted...some auctions go for more than the value in total, but the lucky individual may get it cheap in theory....for example...a $20 pokersite credit sells for $1.30...bargain right??...possibly for the individual...but profits for the site guaranteed...bidding starts at $1...so that's 30 bids of a dollar each...ten bux for bidibot...not including free bids n bonuses, which I imagine brings down the total profit...hmmm....or is this sb oversimplistic view?

Hi Bhoywonder, If something sold at $1.30 then the maximum the site would take in as income would be $30 @ $1 a bid. Currently our bid economy suggests a price range of around 50c-75c per bid given all the various promotions and freebid auctions. However, something important I would like to point out is at the moment there are a lot of low value credits which actually users should not spend too many bids on, as it does not make sense due to the bid cost ratio to prize, chance of winning ratio. The reason we have so many low value items is due to the young age of our company. We expect within the coming months to significantly increase the value of the auctions running on the site and auction more GUKPT and EPT seats like we have in the past and bring on board more in demand electronic items such as ipads, laptops, TV's leading up to Christmas. Best of luck, John www.bidibot.com

Will there be Turkeys and Xmas pudding for us to bid on? Any of Barry Nevilles famous hooky suits?

We are currently in talks with Nobu and Stringfellows for exclusive Dubai vouchers.
I also highly recommend you watch this Wednesday's WPO with Toby Lewis and myself, we talked about you for a solid 3 hours.

Nice one, heard about it a few times but never tried it, used my 10 bids wisely (ie. waited until everyone else had made 10 bids as i guessed they were on the free bids) and eventually got a $22 stars ticket for $1.29 on my last free bid...sweet as!

Cheers. Give me a few weeks and we will have some prizes you will definitely want to win John Out of interest, are there any regulating bodies you need to be registerd with to run a site like this to protect yourself legally against accusations of shills/bots etc (much like a poker site would need, not that they ever worked...) I can think of at least one or two niche markets where I can't find similar sites but this format would most definitely appeal to the market.....just wondering whether i can feasibly operate one of these out of my bedroom without holding any stock or capital and allowing it to pay for itself..it looks like a license to print money, until the punters get bored or a competitor steps in and you have written cheques your ass can't cash....even if the site run good for only a few months you could eventually retire it and have made some good $$$$$ out of it in the process.....ideas ideas!!!
