Ridiculous.  Most people won't be able to answer the questions without the help of Google.  The point of the RSQ is that most of the questions can be answered easily in seconds, and then the game is looking for the aces (or avoiding the sheep).

Quote from: sharples-googlebot
You will notice that most of the questions are bollocks

For that reason, I'm also out.

If he reconsiders and edits in a more reasonable selection of questions I'll agree not to google.

I've managed to get some answers in. Had to pass a couple I had no clue about though.

New questions!

1. Name one song from ANY Avenged Sevenfold official studio album - Too specialised. They aren't well know enough.

2. Name a DTD £300 deepstack winner in 2010 - Fine imo. Few blondes have won it this year.

3. Name a Formula One team that scored points in the 2010 Constructors Championship - Fine.

4. Name a casino which has held a GUKPT Main Event in 2010 where the buy in was MORE THAN £1000 including rake. - Fine, if not a bit confusingly worded.

5. Name an airport in the United States of America where BA fly to directly from London Heathrow Airport ONLY. For clarification, city names will NOT be accepted (for the geeks though, I will accept airport codes eg LHR) and I have to be able to buy a ticket through ba.com for the flight. - WTF. No clue. And unless you fly to the USA often I don't see why you'd know this

6. There are seven SAW films in the franchise. Name one. - Fine. Though it's essentially picking a number from 1 to 7.

7. There are seven topics on the blonde poker forum that have over 100,000 views. Name one. - Fine.

8. Name an album that has been Number 1 in the Official Album Charts in 2010. - Meh. Just about fine. Hard if you don't follow chart music/listen to the radio.

9. Twenty celebrities took part in 2010's Celebrity Masterchef. Name one. - Prob too specialised. Easy for me as I watched it.

10. Name one of the sixteen candidates from 2010's "The Apprentice". - Same as last Q. Too hard if you don't watch. Not enough media coverage to know otherwise.

11. Name a UK Prime Minister who was elected post World War II. - Fine.

12. Name an actor/actress who has been credited in the "opening sequence" of the TV show House. - Fine. Everyone should at least know the main char.

13. Name an actor/actress who has appeared in ALL SEVEN of the Harry Potter films. Anybody who does not appear in Deathly Hallows part 1 but does appear in Part II does NOT count. - Fine.

14. Name a football club who has qualified for the European Champions League group stages within the last 5 years. - Fine.

15. Name a band who performed on the Main Stage at the READING festival 2010. Hmm. Fine for me. Very much a pass question for some tho.

There ya go. Fix em/replace em.

Q12 is ridiculous.

Hugh Laurie and erm.....  and I watch the bloody thing.  If it was asking for characters names, then I'd be able to give more than one answer.  But not everyone watches House anyway, so it'd still be ridiculous.

Do you know the actresses name?  You might well do, but I have no idea.  In fact, I only know Hugh Laurie's real name out of the whole cast.  Even the one who was in neighbours - no idea what the actor's name is.  Bouncer?

I know "House" and one other, as I am a fan of that female actress. I also watch the thing regularly.

Tough question.

1,5,8,910,15 v poor questions. They have to be easy enough that everyone will know at least one answer. Those aren't

1 = Meh, understandable.

5 = Badly misworded. It really is quite simple. Name an airport that BA fly directly to in the US from LHR.

8 = Bloody hell, this is general knowledge. Name a number one Album from 2010.

9 = Maybe slightly specialist...

10 = whats the bloody difference between this and cf's question from last week involving Strictly Come Dancing?

12 = I might change that to character names.

15 = It's the biggest festival of the year ffs.
