in these days of global melt down ,reccession ,war ,pestalliance, and casinos doing jack ....... to reward loyal punters ,i give you these money saveing tips

personalised number plates
we have all seen the plates in casino car parks that say so much about the owner being successful, say   CHUMPY or TW1 or PINO....and these people have paid silly money on ebay for these numbers .......

all you do is get a car plate no say m38 ujk,go to birth deaths and marrages registray change your name by deed poll to ...m38unk...then sit back and bathe in the admireing looks of praise and envy from your friends, also enjoy telling matey who paid 10 , 15, 20, grand for his plate how yours cost 230 quid includding the car

I don't get it. if you're going to go to all that trouble why not change your name to something that matches the numberplate?

Sigh.

I hate personalised numberplates. But I had to buy mine. It's ironic! Hard to convey ironic intent within a series of seven numbers and letters. But it's ironic!

£390? Bargain!

If I was a traffic cop, I'd tug every car with italic numberplates, wrongly spaced numberplates, numberplates with the wrong font on them. And BMW drivers. And anyone with a gay cabriolet with a key scratch on it. And anyone with a cement mixer on display.

I love my number plate

FF5 5NAT

I got it for myself and personally couldn't give a stuff what anybody else thinks. I certainly didn't do it to look succesful. It makes me smile every time I look at it £699 it was a bargain!
