http://www.soccerway.com/matches/2010/11/18/world/friendly/qatar/haiti/1049941/

Might move there now, see if i can get a Qatari passport by 2018, pretty sure they are in need of a central defensive general.

Such a joke that this means that Qatar qualify automatically, people kicked off about South Africa qualifying but this is a whole new ballgame.

Constant's goal was clearly offside and Qatar's should have had at least 2 pens in the first half.

I think Qatar have an excellent chance of winning the World Cup on home soil - if they can afford to spurn chances like this they must feel confident of scoring at will.

I was in the directors' area at karpaty lviv when the uefa delegation visited to check them out as part of the euro 2012 bid. part of the stadium was set on fire during the game and there was a riot outside the ground after, me and a friend ended up escorting one of the players from the exit and onto the bus at high speed to prevent him getting hit by flying bricks.

the visit obv didn't affect the bid though as they'll be hosting 3 games in 2012

both winning bids had the weakest technical reports

charitably, Blatter has gone for his vision to take the WC to new palces, expand the game etc

Uncharitably, money talks
