Poker is third in order of good things to do this weekend.

If either of those plans fail to materialise I'll be there.

Hope there isn't too much of an overlay.

GL everyone.

Just had a facebook message from Alex saying the comp is now starting a 5pm 2moro...

Presume this is to give more people time to get there.

There goes the plan to knock 5 mins off the levels to have a busy club for filming the final being chucked out the window.

We have pushed back the start of our £300 Deepstack tomorrow, to 5pm (from 3pm). Registration will be open for the first 3 levels.

Despite adverse weather conditions, we ARE keeping the guarantee of £100,000!

Mitch, after we have been hit £11k on our Re-Buy with the weather last weekend, and now we are faced with even worse weather this weekend, its really nice to see you supporting the club with those kind words, here are mine, for what they are worth.

Like changing the start time make any difference to how many runners we get - you really are a tool sometimes (Tom W told me to put "sometimes").

How many places would hold the GTE at £100.000 faced with this weather and thats all you can post on an open forum.

Cheers Rob

Rob,
Chivalry and honour is a rare commodity in poker  , you have a business to run but do it with the players best intrest in mind and most players apreciate this and will support it.

PS. It`s still snowing down here on the east Kent coast.....See you tomorrow.... along with around 300 others I guess, who feel the same.

Thanks Pete, every single person has told me to drop the GTE all week, people have gone out of their way to ask me to to it, including many poker players that are playing the event, we have had emails to support and phone calls to reception tonight saying "im still coming even if you drop it", even my parents have told me to drop it and they dont really understand how GTE's work, so its gonna really nark me if anyone has any sort of pop at me or Dusk Till Dawn this weekend as its SOLEY my decision to keep it at £100k.

Cheers mate Rob
