Can I just point out that I was here before the words "Shuffle up and deal". It started on time, you do the maths Smiley

Anyway, action at the tables...

James Morris has more than doubled his stack after firstly getting it all in with Q-Q against Hemang Nathwani's T-T and holding on a 7-J-9-6-4 board, then by eliminating a shortstacked Richard Manning with A-A vs Manning's A-Q.

John Exley has knocked out Darren Copus with A-Q winning the race against Copus' J-J.

Michael Specht found himself all in preflop with 6-6 and had 2 callers in Miles McKenzie and Calum Murphy. Murphy and McKenzie checked the 5-7-A flop but Murphy bet 25k into a dry side pot on the 5 turn, enough for McKenzie to fold. Murphy turned over A-K and the J on the river sent Specht to the rail.

Alan McBride is up to his usual. Won a nice pot with KK early on then raised with AA, Nadim Sarwar moved in on him with AK, Alan of course called and survived a King high flush draw on the turn to knock Sarwar out

Alan's table would like me to point out to you that he is a card-rack. Stop press, hold the front page.

Nirvana has just called me over from his new seat on the "feature table" (TV table that is not being filmed) to tell me"He's just showing off now" pointing at James Keys, as Keys takes a small pot down with a bet on the turn. That table has cf, Keys and Nirvana on it so we'll be keeping a close eye on that.

Mitch just got lucky on Lucky!

It was folded to Mitch in the SB who bumped it up to 4,800. Alan called and the two saw a flop. Mitch c-bet 5,600 only for Alan to raise to 16,000. Mitch then shoved and Alan snap-called.

Mitch:

Alan:

Mitch was massively behind to Alan's top two pair but the turn and river ran out to give Mitch a straight and take the pot.
