williams had 50k, just get it in against him, and fold against the 200k stacks.

That would be the worst thing he could do, everyone would call knowing he is going to fold to the first half pot bet on any flop that doesn't contain an ace.

potting AA there is a really bad idea with the knowledge they already have of him.

IIRC it's opened to 2k with a flat call and he's in the SB. even if he does a repot he can't get much in pre combined with him playing so poorly that with how much the money can affect him he is much better off just open folding. The kings spot is a much better spot to 'gamble' if he is going to at any stage because of the relative amounts of stacks that he can get in but even then any chance of getting sucked out on may mean he doesn't want to take that chance.

He said on 2p2 he wouldve got it in against Williams but the businessman guy was between them with a big stack and had been a station and had been running hot so didnt want to risk a confrontation with him

the AA fold I dont mind so much cos when he pots they all just gonna call, but the KK hand when he can get it in vs willaims to fold there is just an absolute embarrasment. You can Jam and get it in pre for 30k and still be up 6figs if you loose. Shockingly bad.

Just watched this, I am fine with folding both given his personal circumstances. 100k is clearly a massive amount of money to him and also he is locking up an extra 50k in potential equity with the NAPT passport.

regardless of personal cirumstances.

The offer, gamble $30k of ur $130k profit get 5/2 and at best ur 1/3 fave to win.
he looses, he still eaves with 90-95k, he still a decent favourite for the NAPT passport

He wins - he leaves with 170k profit minimum
He basically locks up the NAPT passport

You will NEVER EVER in your entire life get an oppurtunity better than this in ur entire life, to turn it down is pre ridiculousness. If I folded here i swaer down even if I was $100k in debt with laonsharks knocking on my door Id not be able to live with myself

Terrible

You will NEVER EVER in your entire life get an oppurtunity better than this in ur entire life

but this is the reason that it's acceptable to fold. it's a one off situation so there's no long term ev to consider

if we were in this situation daily then passing would clearly be terrible, once in our lives then it's fine and really down to personal choice
