Girl - friend (fit - been there) "Hey want to do something really random for xmas presents"?
Me - (I never ever buy girls presents for xmas unless they are my gf as just cba. "meh like what"?

lots of exchanges of ideas mainly from her then she brings out

Girl - "Blind date"
Me "wut"
Girl - "You choose one of your mates for me, I choose one for you, we both sort out eachothers dates, but it got to be a big secret who the other person is and we cant let them know who they are meeting"
Me - "hm"

She persuades me and sais

"I have the perfect person for you, she is reallllllly fit, and will def be into you"
Me - "meh ok"

Right question is should I stitch her and if so how badly. Also ideas about where to send them for comedy value. Money isn't really an option (meaning i'll spend £100+ ratehr than send them to the cinema or whatever bullshit she'll have organised for me.

Send them to one of those restaurants in the dark.  The ones they have to show what it's like to be blind.  Blind date at blind restaurant for a start.  The Lads can hook you up with the rest of the torture.
