I don't think I've ever driver past a car with a personalised number plate and NOT thought there must be a tosser driving that.

Yep, there's a few I see regularly in Luton car parks - I have creative pet names for them - Tosser 1, Tosser 2, Tosser 3 etc - some don't even spell the drivers name .... wtf !!!!
