Did not play well in the first round and is an awful price. If he was at his best he'd still want backing at 1.5, but he's not there at the moment and 2.14 is shocking imo. Family stuff going on apparently.
Rather than lay him I've backed two against him. Quite big too. In any other quarter of the draw than Taylor's, Paul Nicholson would be a lot shorter than 66-1. He's the main bet, and also backed Whitlock at 8-1. Here we go!!!!!

Got 18's on Whitlock a month ago.

Taylor's new grand-daughte has just come out of intensive care if thats what you mean.

He has not been the same since he had the glasses. He is still the favourite but I am happy that I laid him @ 1.84 on Betfair about a month ago.

Still would not be amazed if he won it.

I rate Tabern but Burnett is hitting decent form at the moment, one to watch not bet.
I wouldn't be laying Taylor either, he is very very hard to beat over this format and his side of the draw is good.
A lot of the top 10 aren't playing at the top of their game and I feel laying the favs could show profit this year.
I will have a small ew bet on Anderson ew.

Nice work, does that pay out if he gets to the last 16 or quarter finals?  Grin

Wasnt lucky at all! ha

Fancy overs in Van Gerwen game, 6-5 at moment on bf for over 5.5, cant get on there and best price bookies 5-6, pretty tilting

Best bet of night for me is Joe Cullen at 5-1 to win, 2-1+1.5 and 8-11+2.5- honestly think this could be the big upset of the 1st round, Cullen beat Taylor recently and will probably never be this price v Jenkins ever again.

Cue 3-0 TJ and a 74 avg from Cullen!
