If anyone wants to set me a gym based goal or compete vs me, I'm likely to agree!

What kind of gym based goal would you look to do Cos?

I've just started lifting since the end of summer, been going 4x a week every week unless I've been away. Obv still a noob but intend taking it quite seriously from the new year.

I worked out I've barely played on half the days available this year and that's playing full time!

Weight is about 225 and I'm 5ft 9ish stocky/fat prop type build. I'll pm you current routine/weights rather than clog this thread.
