Oh, thanks for reminding me Eso, yes, I have somehow made day 2 with 69,500. Blinds are 400-800-75 when we go back, and I'm 5/29.
Just glad to be in it still. Lost a 45k pot at 150-300 with AA v 77 AIPF! then KK<<<<Q10 for 35k at 200-400-75.
glglglglgl me.
Good luck this afternoon
Yeah big shout for vinny.... Nailed on for final with those chips...soooooo good

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Played the worst poker ever. FACT.
Went back at 400-800-75, with 70k, went out at 500-1000-100.
Terrible terrible day. Went home and went to sleep sulking at 7pm.
Won't be playing it at the end of the month. Day 1 is a 45 min clock, day 2 then goes to an hour clock.
Not that it concerned me, but it didn't finish til 5.30, and only 29 went back. WTF were they doing for 15.5 hours?

I have now officially left the council. I went back 4 years ago, with the intention of staying there til a few months, and getting a proper job after christmas. Anyway, a year later, I still hadn't found anything. Sound familiar? So I waited til after that christmas, then would look properly... Then Holly got ill, and I couldn't really approach getting a new job, not being sure of hours i could commit to etc.
So I made it my one of my goals for this year, to leave the council, and yesterday, I finally done it. Start my new job on monday, at 6.30am FML. But I'm relieved to get away from there, again. Hopefully I won't be going back.
New job should be err interesting, won't go into it here, but if anyone really really wants to know, then PM me. You will be disappointed tho.

Brave stuff, Vinny, but well done, & good luck with the new jobbie job.

Finally got Holly's room cleared a few weeks back, and done it without too much stuff going in the bin. Thought she had a lot of stuff, but only when I started going through it properly, actually realised how much stuff there was!
Invited Holly's little brother & sister round, 3&5 i think, so they could have a look through, and they were naively mercenary. Which was good. A boot load of stuff later, and they were off back home, very happy with their new belongings.
My dad took some stuff to Malta for a little girl, whose dad had just left her mum, and they had nothing, so all that stuff was greatfully received. My neice took some stuff too, the bed went to a polish family the burd knew, and the rest went to charity, execpt for a few things that I kept for myself.
Glad it's finally done.

My dad is in Malta, and has gone missing. No one has been able to contact him all day, and people need to speak to him urgently.
His mobile has been switched off all day, and there is no answer at the flat. He told my sister he was with his mate in Gozo, but his mate rang here looking for him today. Why would his mate phone here, in England, looking for him, when he is in Malta?
I'm gonna fkin kill him, if he gets found.

Well done Vinny. It's a tough job and no mistake.
We cleared Tommy's stuff immediately, while we were at the 'Nothing can make it hurt worse' stage. Most of it went to the children's ward at the Queens Medical Centre.
With hindsight, I wish we had kept a few things.

The memories are the best, and prob most important. It's kinda nice having some of her stuff too.
I have the last picture she drew at school, I know her mum loves it. Was thinking of getting it framed and giving it to her mum when she gets married next year. Good or bad idea?

Good idea, me thinks. If you'd love it, then I'm sure she will too.
