Eating going ok, ate some radioactive bananas today though apparently. Is anything good for you?

My food seems to be boring and repetitive, but a marked improvement on the past, so heading in the right direction hopefully. I feel better anyway.

Wanna play football may 10?

Ok, you're in, goalie or outfield?

Sigh, def goalie then, if I have to play.

When you have a disagreement/fallout/argument, whatever you want to call it. You can hold a grudge, or just move on and forget it. I'm def the latter, well, I like to think I am.

What do others do? And why?

I'd suggest that one of you has bad eyesight.

Does Vincent seethe?

Oh and a poster earlier on this diary, I think his name was Bald or something was doing some mouthing about the Neil Lennon situation I was wondering what his thoughts were today given the news coverage about the IED's being posted to not only the Celtic manager but also Paul McBride QC and Trish Goddard MSP?

Inherited? What do you gain from holding grudges? Has holding a grudge ever benefitted you in any way?

I just don't get it.

I've had some cracking arguments in the past, with say my mum or dad, then next day, they would phone and have a conversation with me, as if nothing happened. Surely that's got to be the best way?

The same with hating someone, as far as i'm aware, I have one long term person that dislikes me, that's fine, I can live with that, I probably have more, but they are yet to make themselves aware to me. I don't care either way. But disliking someone long term, is a bit like holding a grudge, another seemingly pointless waste of energy.

Which brings me on to celebspec's post....

WTF is going on in Glasgow at the moment?

I'm obviously out of touch, as haven't lived there for years, but, come on! sending explosive devices to someone because of the team they are linked with?

These idiots obviously don't think, prob goes without saying, but do they really think someone like Neil Lennon opens his own mail? It's just a joke. And now the police are advising prominent officials of Rangers may be targetted in tit for tat attacks. Why? Because some probable sad loner, sat in his bedroom in his pants making home made explosive devices has angered them? Just ridiculous.

I love the banter of the old firm, I do think it can only be understood if you are from that background. And easily misunderstood, if you are not. There is obviously a lot of venom, but there is a lot of that in any rivalry, but a large amount of it can be good natured. I'd happily slag someone like Boba, because he supports Rangers, I would hate it if Rangers won the league, he will happily rub it in. But would I want him to be maimed or injured because he supports Rangers? Nope, besides, who would fund my trips to Glasgow in the future? Wink
