Thanks for the rail everyone. Really enjoyed it (obv). Typical Sky tourney with lots of good natured banter.

Highlight was about 50 out when i jammed <10BB with 34s and got looked up by AA.... outcome was never in doubt.

Blinds are 4k-8k for 10 more minutes, so this may take a while.

Good read.

A quick update on progress so far with the Sky Poker sponsorship of blonde.

Numbers have been quite promising, to be honest.

So far, 88 players have either opened new Accounts, or reactivated.

A pleasing balance, too. By volume, most of them are small-stakes Tourney players, which is fine, as we can better do "Community stuff" with them.

But a handful or more of cash grinders, some of them at quite high levels, have come across, too. They are mostly "get it quietly" types, & it's all been done by PM etc, good stuff.

The Sky-blonde League has started well. Lessons have been learned at our end, though. We got 40 odd for the £5.50 NLHE event, 20 odd for the £22 NLHE Event, & 35 for a £5.50 Omaha affair. I think we realised that £22 is a bit of a stretch for many, which is fine, we can adjust next month.

We have Leg 4 of the League today, Wednesday, so be interesting to see if we can keep the numbers up.

A new League will run in February, details soon, & we'd like feedback for what you'd best like to see.

We are also working with a bunch of blondes who currently do their own stuff elsewhere, & who may be able to move across to Sky Poker. Fingers crossed, that would be a big thing if it happened.

Notable successes include Dawn, runner up in a Main Event for £840, & Maureen, who walked away with last night's Omaha. We cannot really "claim" Jakally, as he has always played quite big at Sky Poker, so is neither a new Client, or a reactivate, but well done him on a £4k scoop.

I'm in a bit of an awkward spot, due to the conflict of interest, but I have a Promotional budget to spend as I see fit, &, where necessary, I've allocated some to blonde, & Tighty knows if he has a special case, he only has to ask. He's been very understanding of the situation I am in.

The Luton SPT will be quite good, too, as we hope to see a good few blondes there, mixing it socially with the Sky Poker regs. The blonde - SkyPoker - G-Luton connection is quite strong.

We are also trying to see if we can stimulate any Sky Bet action. Every little helps, so it's worth a try.

So that's a grand start, really. Big thanks to all who have supported the new Sponsor, & especially for understanding my rather awkward situation.

Special thanks to Tighty, too, he's 100% on the case, & is a work-machine.

Any questions, fire away.
