Can someone point the Sky techie dudes towards my thread on the skypoker tech problems forum. Kinda annoyed that they dont actually check it and I havent had a reply yet.
TY
Have now sent that Thread upstairs. You make a fair point as to lack of response, apologies.
It's really strange that you cannot access the Site, because over the last few weeks, the Site has been breaking records for uniques, traffic, margin, etc, so the problem must be isolated, but nonetheless very frustrating for you.
I have a problem with playing on skybet. The client wont load up and just says 'initializing' for like ever. Thewy was nice enough to PM me to say he has the same problem and just uses his browser to play.
Ive regged to play the plo in the series thingy, but i would really like it if i could use the client instead of the browser. Just a bit annoying.

For the download version you need to have Adobe Air on your computer. Do you? If not, try that and see how you get on guys

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k. “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi. Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

Can you ask if they have actually seen thread? I find it hard to understand that SkyPoker have a "Technical Problems and queries" Forum, but the actual tech guys at Sky dont read it regularly and respond. Is the function of it for the players to help each other?

No the function is for you to post your problems and not have them responded to.
Essentially they probably know about the problem but haven't got time to fix it, or they know about the problem but just cant fix it
They do read those forums but i'm sure the tech department is tiny and with just how much work there still is to do on the sky software (even considering how far it's come in a short period of time) it's hard for them to be all stars support-esque.
I have personally had problems loading up the site once or twice but nothing consistent. There are a few regs that are having issues with sky, I know one of them for sure is on talk talk I think but i'm sure that all his adobe stuff is up to date etc etc.

Im not asking for him to re-write the software in 24 hours or something, just a message to say that they are aware of some kind of problem and are working on a solution or something would be nice.
