Just found your diary as you mentioned it on Evilpie and Greekstein's beefcake thread.
I am also a "chunky" young man so am also looking to excercise more and eat better.
Please make the effort to update this diary as I feel that although Evilpie is very helpful that thread may already be out of my league.
As I've got up to date I thought i'd leave you with my drinking advice. I drink gin + slimline tonic if I go out to reduce the cals from lager.
It can be tough to drink for a 23 yr old man but I shrug it off and find that simply saying "All the big dog's drink it" ends the discussion about it quickly. Tastes great too!
