he was entertaining. Was it nit Paul that said raise the turn??? Stato jumped in to defend your honour as you would expect. I like rofling in the stream chat boxes but some of the guys were a bit ott slagging the play/commentators.

It was a little hard to tell who was commentating and i was playing but for the most part the strategy seemed particularly weak and there was a lot of absolute random shit that had no place in a company stream at all. I.e commentators talking about how fit the dealer is, whether they prefer blondes or brunettes, a joke about oral sex and all sorts of drivel. The quote i posted in the sweat thread about the distance and having a fast car summed it up for me. Not enough focus on the pokeys.

Some of the strategy was really poor and some was an interesting take on the situation that was different to my own view.

yeah that was the sort of stuff I liked. Having said that I think Ben was pretty good.

Just remembered I think the commentator at the time was the owner of badbeat possibly

You did spring to mind at the target audience for some of the jokes/statements! Not what i thought Genting would want and although Tighty has been known to post a cheeky photo now and again he doesn't include the "crickey imagine if that was a brunette!" crack afterwards. Different tastes i guess, not my cup of tea.

yeah I do see where you are coming from and if the audience is cringing then it ain't good obv and Genting have an image to maintain. It seems like a well organised event with a lot of emphasis on fun. Everyone is professional but also up for the craic from Andy Booth and his team working on the streaming and feature tables to Raf White and his team running a decent comp.

Its a pretty hard task to hit the right balance in the booth. I have noticed that on the Dtd stream out very own Tightend works well with just about anyone. He plays the straight man or funny guy and also explains poker in a way that the beginner can understand.

You would recognise him though Andy. Hes a nice guy even though hes Welsh  Cheesy and used to play all the festivals at Walsall.
