yeah good. Its maybe a little harsh but we need to balance stuff out. Its all well and good saying great post etc when these guys ( not just Alex ) post things for "the public face". Ryan posts his reasons why he won't play the Ept which is nice but he recently posted about bullying at school on Facebook. It makes you wonder that if he had the balls to stick up to bullies then maybe he would not have been a victim. Alex post was all nicely written but if it ain't put into practise by him and his friends then finding games & whales will become even harder.

i may well have mis understood the situation but if I have I am sorry.
You know me Tikay I like to argue with myself or go against the flow, mostly for the entertainment if nothing else.
As its Alex's diary I will use him as an example. He writes that post and I can think of at least 3 examples in recent times where this post is bull shit.
The first being the posts about the Donny lads. These lads used to play a local game and a Dtd customer was devestated when these lads started going to Dtd. He thought his golden goose (and it was golden as most of his house had been paid for by these guys) was dead because he feared that they would not be seen at the pool hall again. Fast forward 6 months and after a few posts in this diary and a particular incident at the club, our mate is once again giq in Donny and you don't often see him in Dtd these days.
2nd incident is where team Eureka members are playing in a cash game with a guy who in 17 sessions had lost between £1k-£2k 14 times. Lol I remember asking Mitch how he was doing, knowing full well, and Mitch said something like "oh he's doing ok and holding his own". Well either Alex, Tom High or PeeJay started slagging off someone who was not at he table. Unknown to team Eureks this whale had a close relationship with the guy. Hence the whale won't take his mate getting slagged off so obviously tells the boys what he thinks and then has not played since. He still plays cash but donates his grand in the £1/£1 games. Flushthemout may have witnessed some of his creativity last night having straddled them jammed his stack all in pre with 4 high just because we were leaving.
And the third most recent was another mate turns up to play Rob H/u and Robs busy. He sits down with Alex and gives him a couple of grand. Next thing Alex is calling him "a good loser" and as was pointed out to me "show me a good loser and I will show you a loser" so the guy may have got the hump thinking Alex is calling him a loser.
I don't really know of many people who play in Alex's cash games at Dtd, I seem to remember maybe someone he was helping getting the hump, but I asked a couple of guys why the cash games at Dtd were dieing and not one of em said be ause the rake was high.
This is sounding like a pop at Alex, which really was not meant to be. I just thought I would try and balance out the back slapping. Just as I was the original Aaron hater I now like to support him and speak on Facebook or pm a fair bit, like I post in John Blacks diary "hey John, f@@k em" then write a lovely caring piece of advice, or when everyone is telling Sean Belton his mental state ain't right for the game I am trying to chuck on more coal and stoke that fire.
The internet does funny things to people and I can't wait till I next see Fraser. I don't hide any secret in that Keys is one of my favourite guys on here and after all the months of advice Fraser has thrown my way he gets involved with Thewygate too. Obv Fraser is going to get both barrels in a friendly banter way.
Before I go just another point about Herbie balancing his range. Last week I was trying to broker/ encourage a six figure h/u game between Rob and a mate. Rob bollocked me for winding up people on Blonde and for the second time offered to close my account. This week he walks past me, then realises its me ( I have had my hair cut this week ) comes over to shake my hand and thanks me for the great posts I have made about the ISPT on Blonde 2+2 and sadbook. Go figure. You can't always have it both ways.
I know you have to protect the forum from fallings out but I don't think I'm the only one who likes a bit of spice every now and again. I give it and enjoy taking it so flame away.
As lildave is here as well. Hey Dave I have spoke to you before to you about one or to guys in your private games and have told you that they have nothing but love for you. Never a bad word spoken and love the game.
