Was one of the best trips of my life - there were moments felt like there's no way I'd wanna do anything else for a job for the foreseeable future and feeling that even during a big downswing is really positive.  Definitely gonna be on the other stops on the tour - Slovenia in May, Bulgaria in June, Croatia and Romania later on in the year. Wanna keep the trophies coming back to England!

As for now, due to 1.5k downswing this month and spending lots this year and in Prague, my bankroll has dropped to below 4k so will be playing 50/1 until I get that back. Played tonight at Gala - went really well - super comfortable at that level and was great to be dominating the table again. Folded Kings pre for the first time ever. Can't believe the first time Ive ever folded KK pre was in a 50/1 game in Gala! It turned out to be a good fold but not just saying that from a results perspective - genuinely believe it was correct.  So that felt good.

Ridic tired now, slept 3hours last night, average of 5-6 a night for last 4nights probs. GN xxx

erm........ i have an i phone and just update from there.

Its a Deuces Cracked thing, but the podcast is free. If you have I tunes - just search "Deuce Plays" or bart Hanson

I am just going back through previous episodes. As a starter - try episode 88 - and then I guess go wherever you like from there. I mention that as I have been listening to it today and it is a Holdem episode and it focuses on live play (the episode is called "turn play")

Soooo fucking sigh.

Go all the way to Praha to do my 800 euros, insta lose at 10 pound a point Chinese so stuck £600 from that go out on Saturday wake up Sunday and super ill. Was in bed from 8am Sunday morning after maccy ds till 10:45 am Monday morning when we had to leave the room sigggggggggggggh.
