Pretty LOL how all the other teams seem to be treating the quest for the 2nd promotion spot as game of pass the parcel with a fizzing bomb.

I am already for the fail this evening, as the parcel is very much with us.

Happened in 1st Div last season Smiley~ hopefully same thing will happen

I vaguely remember that, it doesn't stick in the mind as we were about 20 points clear at the time  Wink

lol we was like 5th with 3 games to go Tongue but yeah you pulled well clear. I have no problem QPR not losing any points, they the best team in the division but the fight for 2nd will be fun indeed.

From the Daily Fail also:

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-1368623/Craig-Bellamy-set-Manchester-City-return.html

Why wouldn't a 31 year old take a big drop in wages to play football.

He's only got 2 or 3 seasons left of top class football left and yet he seems content to sit out one year in the reserves/not playing.

Surely he's rich enough not to need 90k per week.

Good piece in the thunderer today, Keith, "QPR magician conjuring his return to the upper echelons".

Top class piece about "mercurial Taarabt".

Not all of them would play for 'the love of the game', Bogarde springs to mind but I bet there has been many more.

And I bet 3 to 4 million is still a significant chunk of change to him. Not sure most would give up most of that just to play 90 minutes a week in the Championship.

Cheapest price £47.  Scandalous!

Annoying as it is, this was always going to happen. We only have about 15,000 seats for home fans to sell for each game, and a hardcore support of about 11,000 who would have gone to every game last season.

Supply is very limited, which means they can get away with taking the piss with the prices.

I would prefer to pay £47 to watch QPR home games in the Prem than Sheff Wed home games for in League 1 for £27 (and theres prob more expensive tickets in L1 too).

£47 is cheapest seat at QPR I reckon £27 must be our most expensive. Take the point though.
SWFC taking some rubdowns on Blonde atm.

5/2 for relegation seems more than tempting.
