Stan James giving stake back as free bets on Masters if Woods/Mickelson win. (on win singles).

Dustin Johnson @ 25s appeals massively to me.

Dustin is another one with a natural fade, he can draw it but he won't be firing his natural shot all week on the major scoring holes. Don't think he putts well enough either. He'll do well on lots of the par though.

I've just had my first Master's bet so far.

I couldn't resist a macaroni's worth of the 120 on BF about YEYang who deffo has the game for Augusta imo.

I agree about those two, both on my short-list.

Backed JB Holmes so far for Houston ... 1.5ptsEW @ 40/1... Looks tailor made from what I can see, but be interested to hear what others think.

Also on the short list are Baddeley again, and Jason Day but still checking em out.

Runing total:- 167pts

was thinking of backing JB Holmes myself where did you get the 40/1?  nothing better than 35's on oddschecker,
just had a look at the pga tour website and they reckon that the course has tough greens and is suited to good putters and scramblers so my shortlist includes Harrington, aaron Baddeley, Freddie Jacobson and Charles Howell III.
will post my picks tommorow

.75 e/w Baddeley @ 45

5pts staked bank at 70.5

prices were really bad this week I know I could get better by shopping around but I like getting 6 places and I only bet small for fun anyway.

Probably shouldn't back this weeks US tournament imo? The big guns don't give their all because of an eye on the masters maybe. The close cut greensides remove some advantage of big hitters, Straight hitters off the tee and whoever happens to be in good touch around the greens out of the straightest drive hitters. I want to back south africans as lots of their courses are set up the same around the greens  so they should shine in theory.

I've backed these for a small interest -

De Jonge
Elkington
Glover
Scwartzel

Euros -
Larrazbal
Willet
