Why would villain ever check a FH over to us? Surely he's be missing loads of value if he keeps checking FH to people on the river if those people call on a turn which mades his Full house?

Bet and call a shove if he shoves.

how many rando live donks check/raise the river here as a bluff or with a worse value hand.  Haven't played much live cash and I wasn't at the table but i'd be surprised if it's this guy!

we were given a read that the player was good hence my critique of the 3bet vs flat.

even so we seem to be giving him sick respect for checking, not gonna have good winrates against people treating them like that!

Villain has seen me showdown once or twice during the session, and I'm playing pretty tight. Villain here is imo a very good player, £1/£2 winning reg at Dusk, and if I'm honest I'd tightened up to avoid this player specifically, but I have immediate position on him if we do tangle.

For these reasons I a)dnt think we ever get chk raised, and am b) calling and not thinking much of it when he does

fuck our lives OP, dont tell me you've made a thread about a spot vs a good winning reg and then let it turn out it's alex?

Bet £85 on the river and watch him painfully try and fold
