So very close, i'm going with 3-2 Djokovic unfortunately.
so pissed off, i'll be in the air somewhere over europe. for that reason i'm going for a murray win because missing good stuff like that happens to me regularly...

Murray pathetic effort.
This. He's supposed to be in his tennis prime fitness wise. He hasn't had a real tough match yet this Grand Slam (hes only lost sets) so he should be feeling good and fresh. Hes looked tired since the 3rd game.
He can keep winning these ATP tourns all over the world played over 3 sets but he won't be remembered for them. Not even for a minute. Its looking like he will never have the physical attributes for 5 set tennis with these guys.
He has just broken to lead 1-0 in the 3rd. If he could just hold onto his serve and take this set then Novak is not Nadal, he has the ability to get really angry with himself and implode. I doubt Murray will hold his serve to take the set tho.

wonder what odds bookies would have gave for murray to never win a grandslam when he first burst on to the scene.

Conclusion has to be Murray is a choker. Great player, but temeprament too fragile for the really big ones.
Losing a 5 setter fine, but losing show no bottle, poor.
A shame

Disagree totally with this I'm afraid - as do most folk in the tennis world. If he was a choker he'd have lost the semi. I'm totally biased though so feel free to ignore. I still believe he'll do it and am still proud of him.

sorry if it's been posted before (I don't usually read the sports boards), but what's your connection with him?

Coming back from a set down against someone below you in the world rankings (ie a game you should win) does not dispel accusations of being a choker.
Getting beaten 3-0 in the final against a player who has basically been your equal ever since you turned pro does suggest the difference was psychological - ie a choker.

murray is a great player, would love him to win many grand slams
I agree with Andrew though, there looks to be a psychological flaw in the biggest of games

Having your mummy following you around the tour watching every game probably doesnt help much either
