So good in the 2nd half. Looked so comfortable. Disapointing Flashton's try was disallowed but love the fact the French have been shut up.

Flood had a shocker first half, much better when Wilko came on..we could play territory more. Much better second half performance and only a forward pass and a bad Ashton decision prevented 2 more tries

Yeh Flood was poor first half but was good for the first 10 in the 2nd. Wouldn't like to make a decision over who would be in the back 3 if everyone was fit.
England lose so few games at Twickers that the grandslam was never really on for the French. Would have been confident of beating them in France nevermind at home.

To be fair the French pissed away a few opportunities too with bad passing/drops, and as Nicol pointed out a couple of favourable bounces for the French and it could have been a different story. Small margins 'n all that. |
