Obviously this is also wrong- people overvalue A2xx in all in pre scenarios at all stakes in PLO8 let alone in small stakes. Giving ourselves the opportunity to stack someone pre with A2xx KKxx is totally standard. And yes people do stack off KKxx in $200+ tournys, so i assume they do in smaller

I dont doubt that we will get ppl hu in w these hands, just think that with stack sizes and big multiway action this will almost never go in pre hu. Once we go 3+ way our equity plummeting kinda makes me think entering the pot in the 1st place is gonna just gonna result in a compound error.

i'm just king of nits and to be perfectly honest i aint happy with the hand pre flop. As for ever winning any low with this hand i'll show my arse. Infact if we take out the off suit card and substitute it for a suited 2 it makes me more comfortable pre but on this flop in still fmling coz i can only see me quartering at best. But thats me. Hand on heart now fire away

What high hand do you put him on to think if you had aa28 that your only getting quarter, if I was to wait for aa23 ds and the like I would never get close to a plo8 final table as I am lucky to get a hand like that once every 10 mtts maybe I am just cold when it comes to getting cards

i find that you cant put idiots on any range of hand here but sure as eggs are eggs if one has A2xx and one does have a set you are in a world of pain my friend.i always get hands but i say play good run good play bad run bad.knives were drawn in a pub game once. this guy accuses me of cheating. i'm like wtf you on about. "i've been watching you all night herbert. you only ever play good fucking hands." i had no answer to him there and  did not really know my next move. luckily someone i never met knocked him out before i could even scoop the pot. tbh it dont matter if i'm waiting to get my chips in as massive fav against any gambler or been card dead for 3 hours i can wait. in tournies i dont mind being average chips from shuffle up to heads up and am more comfortable having half average knowing full well 3 double ups off idiots and i'm chip leader. just as a bragg i went back to the old bread and butter for a trip down memory lane and took down the £20 rebuy with£10k un conditional gtd prize in G sheff. last night had £3k overlay and as i aint a big fan of G casinos  i usually say feck em but as jess the card room manageress has a soft spot for me i thought i'd spam it here. got two dc games going as well last night. unfourtunatly these results dont go on my hendon mob  but just like ali mallu i've prob won the same amount again in these nugget comps down the years . so pleased i dont have to go up n down the m62 5 school nights a week any more.

I'm not all over the play pre, mainly because you've shopped your high hand.  And you've done it against two players who either want to gamble or are too inexperienced to notice this.  Also you've only got weak low options.  I'm not folding pre but I don't think I'm limp/raising.

As for the flop, I think you have to call and hope to hold.  With shorty only having 272 behind (another sure sigh of newbi-dom), player 1 can confidently check anything that has you crushed both ways knowing the betting will be reopened.  On first seeing it I was thinking Player 1 always has A2XX with a weak high here.

no  need to worry about turning my hand face up not sure what its like in the nosebleeds some of you guys play with 100k pots but at this level 70-80% dont have a clue and of the rest they have heard a little about hi lo but no idea of betting and reading hands
