Guy has bad OPR stats. Last hand he raised to 1500 and everbody folded, this time he makes it 1000. After I 3bet, he IMMEDIATELY clicks it back to this.. Thoughts on everything please.

i just thought he was weka ebcause he made it 1k instead of 1500 like usual
