Sorry to derail the thread a bit, put me down for £20.

I would seriously do it though Tom, if you want to. I watched the channel 4 program of Katie and her beautiful friends and it made me want to do something to raise money for her charity, so inspirational, I'll save that post for another time, this could be it.

this week

i have played a hour squash with my nephew beat him 4-1 and he is 21 wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii
....but picked up slight injury on my knee which is frustrating
but went to bradgate park today just to see if the knee held out and done 3 miles of hill work and found it ok ....so all is well

OK ...finding the training hard now and my head is dropping a bit time is getting to be an issue!!!

(making the time to train with work and family etc)
 weight loss is slow.
 today i weigh...16 stone 10 ...not good enough

training this week i have found hard to motivate myself

but...
 took the kids swimming Thursday night and swam 16 lengths whilst they played !
Friday played squash for 45 Min's
today went for 5ish mile walk up bradgate park

feeling a little worse for wear
gl all who play the deepstack today especially the bedster if he decides to play
