Please can I have some PROPER clarification on the situation in Libya...After the tragedy in Japan I'm slightly dubious about the 'factual' reportabilitiy on mainstream news...

Of course. The majority of people in Libya have lived in abject poverty and fear for years. Due to the recent uprisings and potential civil war the oil and liquid gas supply is now under threat. As a result other countries now deem that Gadaffi has to be removed as soon as possible and have decided to ban him from flying his planes. Gadaffi will be removed in the near future and as soon as the news dies down the West will fuck up the end game and pull out too soon without actually affecting any lasting structure or trust in the traditional manner (see Afghanistan Twice, Iraq etc). A power vacuum will be created which will be filled with lesser ill meaning individuals and without money properly invested in schools, homes, utilities etc the majority of the people of Libya will live in abject poverty and fear.

Specifically I suppose I'm asking for under the radar truth on the actual bits in between...
The beginning we know, the outcome we presume...
I have adopted family there, just wanted to know if anyone knows anymore than 'the line'
