i dont understand the flop or turn play. just get it in on both.

river seems like a fold vs a random since the average person just inst sik enough to take this line with a bluff and your only beating like 1 value hand.

When flushes are a decent size on my flop call turn check range surely his jam is super strong. If I had Axhh I'd definitely be sigh calling.

Yes I disagree.

There has been 4 people respond saying fold, ofc I've talked about the hand with other people aswell. I obviously want feedback and really appreciate it, I'm not here to post bad beat stories or for people to tell me that I am the greatest. (Best in the businessssssss) but on this scenario I'm asking about the river play.

I do think this hand is totally butchered and its hard to give analysis when you would never find yourself in this spot. BUt I do like taking non conventional lines and trying to win pots rather than just lets 4b this pre. he only ever jams qq+ (usually not even qq) and fold 95% of the time. I want to peel and play some streets where I think my edge is far superior.

So when you just call the flop and the board Doesn't improve excl flush, why are you checking the turn and not calling the river?

I think my thought process was that I was going to jam over any turn bet. But when he checked turn it really surprised me and I thought he had  aa/qq/jj/air. I guess I should have put flush draws in here as he may c/jam them. I thought by betting I just fold out everything but sets/AA. I was intending on checking back turn and going for thin value on river incase he has some kind of bluff catcher, or let him bet. If he bets medium-pot I obv flick it in but here it just really confused me and because I have so many flushes in my range it just didnt make sense to me that he would jam. Unless he has AhXx

But all he has done is 3 bet pre  - c bet (which is prob 100%)

he can easily have QJ or a fd here too - or air obv

but you say you have a post flop edge - but in this pot its  a perfect example where you have at no point taken the lead in the hand and can be folding the best hand on the river having no idea where you are (at any point). Your hand is super under-repped and you havent given him a reason not to bet the river (with or without the goods)

So how big is you post flop edge playing 100bbs effective? Its only an edge because you want a dry low flop where he can get it in due to your under repped hand - thats not an edge thats slow playing

he doesn't fold 95% of the time, or even 50% of the time and while i realise the hand is somewhat in a vacuum, it is still important to have a 4 bet range so you can occasionally bluff
