You can have some  + but you would probably 3bet those preflop right.  But you will be flatting sometimes    + or  + whatever and it makes complete sense to play this line with 2pair on the river as you want value from his AT, AQ or so which decide to check back river but would call your bet.

dont like the turn c/c and think you get picked off way too often OTR, speshly by Mr. Vogl. I wouldnt flat pre and would prolly c/f the turn as played but I would find myself donking the flop a LOT here
