I think the related news story is interesting:

http://www.bild.de/news/bild-english/news/bizarre-creature-found-in-mexico-stumps-experts-9516518.bild.html

The puzzle has caused intrigue amongst BILD’s readers. Some say it is a mutant, others wonder why aliens would leave a baby behind - and one reader asked why aliens don’t wear clothes.

I think this was not a baby , but a fully grown alien.

They could have been here on earth for years and would explain sightings of "Fairies" or " The Little People "

With their alien powers they could have granted wishes using High tech abilities

This one could be a very old one that got left behind to die.

Their space ships would also be very tiny, and explain the silver balls we keep seeing in the sky

Here's a big mystery, why are we giving over £600m to Pakistan when we are meant to be bankrupt and facing massive cuts in schools, hospitals etc...and yes it is a Daily Mail headline, but the story is true...

heres another we give £295million to India  http://uk.answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20110301095553AApuoiX

Who have a Space Program

Over the last two to three years, the total space budget allocated to India's Department of Space has been growing at a rate greater than any of the other major space faring countries. The latest increase from 2009 to 2010 was approximately 35% - from 41.67 billion Indian rupees (US$934 million) to 57.78 billion rupees this year, just over $1.1 Billion. (2) While this huge spike in funding seems impressive on a percentage basis, it is worth noting that the US National Aeronautic and Space Administration's budget, for example, exceeds $18 Billion in 2010.

India has also given large sums to African countries to help them buy Indian goods and money for a new railway in Angola

Through several other state-owned banks, India in March offered lines of credit worth $200m to the 23-nation New Partnership for Africa's Development and $500m to eight West African countries. Last month, Exim Bank extended $40m to Angola for a railway project managed by RITES, Indian Railways' consultancy arm.

from India daily http://www.indiadaily.com/editorial/09-27b-04.asp

but thats nothing compared to the 3 billion announced this week we have to pay to bail out PORTUGAL
