Don't really know about the last bit, but I'm sure he's right, so ditto to all the above. And especially to the regards, obviously. GL!

Got a bit of a problem going in to today's day 2.

Yesterday whilst training I managed to tear a muscle in my back which is causing me really bad neck pain.

Playing poker like this will be very tough so to get round it I've borrowed a few of a friend's pain killers from when he smashed his arm in to 12 pieces.

Possible side effects:

Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); excessive sweating; fainting; fast or irregular heartbeat; fever; hallucinations; mental or mood changes (eg, agitation, depression); red, swollen, blistered, or peeling skin; seizures (convulsions); severe nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea; severe or persistent headache or dizziness; slow or shallow breathing; suicidal thoughts or behaviors; tremor; unusual tiredness or weakness; vision changes.

Anyway, good luck us for today  thumbs up
