Kevin Parkes raises UTG

Ramzi Abbassi calls in the small blind

flop A-7-5

Abbassi leads, Parkes shoves

Abbassi wonders, but calls with A-Q

Parkes 8-6.

He misses his draw and leaves the competition

Stephen Boyd raises to 800

the Button and small blind call and David Maudlin squeezes in from the big blind for 8,000

Boyd folds, but the Button calls with

Maudlin is live with

the flop gets both interested

  Two Diamonds

turn  gives Maudlin more chances

river  Two Clubs and we lose David Maudlin

I am going to watch a bit of Mo Muse against Nick Hicks, they are tangling, both with above average stacks

Also still in and on my watch list the chip elader Warburton, Praz Banzi and Brian Martin

I pointed my camera at Martin just now and got a scowl of such ferocity that he could have been Lawrence Gosney

James Browning and Jim Reid have just exited

Mickey Wernick 3-bets a Rob Lacey open, from the button

Lacey 4 bet shoves and is called

Lacey shows K-Qo

Wernick "I can beat that you silly bugger, what do you think I am sticking it in with?" and shows A-Ko

By the turn Lacey has four to the flush and Wernick is imploring the dealer "not to do anything stupid"

Wernick's double to 35,000 is compelte on a blank river
