I can only see the option to shove, can't justify a fold, calling is tez and a raise any smaller is horrid with stacks

The first three opinions are shove, call, fold. Ha, who says jacks are tricky to play? Your oppos should have wide ranges for their respective moves so I would be confident of having the best hand here. Rule out fold. Calling gives you a better chance of stacking a worse hand than pushing does. Pushing is more straightforward.

My 1st thought was also to call, but on reflection I slightly prefer a shove. Neither is "tez" tho.

this but then again on reflecting my reflection would not have been  to bothered about getting timed out and the software folded for me.
i would then have let the babies finish the game on AND GOT OUT OF THE HOUSE A BIT MORE Wink

Without any more information, I'm flatting this pre.  Not sure I like shoving at all with our stack size and the size of the all-in.

Meh at the flop.

We're assuming AndASodaPop called too?  Cheesy  Check/raise is probably my line - reassess on the turn?

Call pre but don't think shoving is awful.  Now I bet and call it off I suppose.  Horrible spot though.

I like the flop. Three undercards and fd is a good flop for us. Pot-size bet left so happy to get the chips in. Because the smooth call strategy pre was to get worse to bluff post I do a check and hopefully make that a reality. You can't bet fold and jamming only achieves what jamming pre would have. So yeah check jam or check call imo.

Flat pre I like, not convinced the shove accomplishes a lot more than putting your stack at risk, getting snapped by better. So i assume pot is just under 5.5k, cba to work it out. Leaving just over 8k back. Flop i lead like 2.5k. Looks like a pretty good board, hands like 77-TT and AT+ (probably the majority of original-raisers range here) if you're getting it in you're in great shape, assuming 77-TT may get it in club or no club and the Ax range could include AcXx, which you get it in in decent shape against.

Do previous posters suggesting check-shoving here allows villain to check behind too often with the AcXx/AX or even any PP to peel a free one? Seems unlikely to me you would get more value from check-shoving than bet-calling.

JJ being my favourite hand... felt obliged to post...
