Has been looking up the ONS regional figures for GVA to GDP per head of population.

Has decided that they look nice.

Is now trying to figure out what ONS, GVA and GDP mean. Might be some time.

It uses a form of PR that delivers roughly proportional results.

Not absolute proportionality, hence SNP have 53% of seats with 45% of the popular vote.
